Have you ever had Italian Braised Rabbit before? Most people don’t automatically think “rabbit” when they are thinking about Italian food. Generally it’s all about pasta pasta pasta.. but let me tell you, Italian Braised Rabbit or Coniglio Brianco is absolutely delicious.
Today’s green on green pairing could take your taste buds on a magical adventure through valleys of peat moss and mountains of cigar smoke. Spend an hour or two with the La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull and the “new” Ardbeg 10 and I’m sure you’ll enjoy the view. The “old” Ardbeg 10 is a different beast all together, much more gentle and certainly a more delicate monster but rare and hard to find. Last bottled before 2008, but that’s a story for another smoke session.
