Cooking with Ashley Lacosse – Pineapple Salsa Recipe

 

This salsa is so amazing and versatile. You can really use this salsa with so many different foods. A topper for chicken, fish, steak, tacos, salads and so much more. The options are endless!
This flavour packed pineapple salsa recipe is so good I literally eat it out of the bowl with a spoon! 
Cooking with Ashely Lacosse - Pineapple Salsa
Servings: 6
Prep time: 15 minutes 
 
Ingredients: 
2 cups Pineapple, fresh, cored, and diced 
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 Lime, juiced 
1 sm Red onion, diced
1 Jalapeño, seeded, and diced
1/2 cup Cilantro, finely chopped 
Sea salt and Pepper, 4 shakes each
STEPS:
1- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix until everything is fully combined.
 
2- Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 4 days. 
 
Personally, I like to put the salsa in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving it. I feel like the flavours blend together more over that time.
