Looking for an easy meal for dinner..?
I love using the slow cooker, you can add all the ingredients and walk away while it does all the cooking for you!
Doing a roast in the slow cooker is an easy, simple way to make a delicious dinner meal for the entire family. Or you can even add the roast to a sandwich and bring to work the next day for lunch!
You can add any vegetables you like to the slow cooker, I decided this time to steam my vegetables and have a salad on the side.
Potatoes, carrots, celery, turnips and sweet potatoes are a good add on for this recipe.
